there’s really no way to know, it depends on if they are more fat or muscle to begin with, and where your body likes to store fats cells. I know when i work out, those are the first things to go but my mother’s boobs actually get bigger with exercise because her chest is more muscle underneath, and her body stores fat mainly in her mid-section. there are different things you can do to focus on toning certain parts of your body though, keep looking around and talk to a few personal trainers in your area, they may be able to give you some pointers.

Hubby and I are having a disagreement on whether to purchase a elliptical machine or a stationary bike for the family. Mainly due to the fact that we allowed our son to gain to much weight for his age. Anyway, I think for the best overall cardio workout an elliptical machine would be a better choice for the entire family. My son sits down all day at school so why would I want him to exercise sitting down. What do you think?

I think the elliptical would be the better option also, it targets your core and your moving your whole body instead of sitting
