I already have an eliptical trainer, but I was thinking of buying one of those fitness stepper’s. Where you stand on it and kind of like step up and down. Does anyone use this and is it any good for toning your legs and boosting you bum up? Since it would be like walking up stairs which is suppossed to be really good. Anyone know? Thanks

They’re great if you want a big butt and calves. They also don’t work the full range of motion of your legs, so if you don’t do other exercises and stretches, you can end up with really bad flexibility in your hips and hamstrings.
