is there some way i can still lose 3 dress sizes in 4 weeks with only doing skipping (with a rope), push ups and sit ups??

i have a really good diet and everything but i just cant seem to shake the weight and my mother is helping because she wont let me use the fitness equipment we own or join a gym.

can some please help me, ive tried everything and i’ve tried everything to get my mum to let me use the equipment but nothing is working! :(

at 1 dress size would be nice as i have a dinner dance coming up and would really like to properly fit a size 14 without having the zip only half done up :)

get outside and walk or run. i dont understand why your mom wont let you use equipment, but she cant stop you from getting out and getting some cardio in! good luck.
