i really would like to lose 3 dress sizes (18kg) but i’m not allowed to use exercise equipment or join a gym.
is there some way i can still lose 3 dress sizes in 4 weeks with only doing skipping (with a rope), push ups and sit ups??
i have a really good diet and everything but i just cant seem to shake the weight and my mother is helping because she wont let me use the fitness equipment we own or join a gym.
can some please help me, ive tried everything and i’ve tried everything to get my mum to let me use the equipment but nothing is working! ![]()

get outside and walk or run. i dont understand why your mom wont let you use equipment, but she cant stop you from getting out and getting some cardio in! good luck.

There’s really no way to lose weight healthily without exercise. Why won’t your mom let you use equipment?

We would need to know your age, but that is too much weight to loose in 4 weeks. I’d say the bigger problem is ‘not being allowed’ to use equipment…….

Have your thyroid check! Jumping is not great. Walk stairs,You should to the gym, they have all kind of professional to verify. like your heart, lungs etc and they keep you on a right level!

Its a physical impossiblility to loose 18 kg in 4 weeks for starters, you should aim to loose 1/2 to 1 kilo a week.
I think the best way to loose weight is to eat less, and exercise more. I walk to work in the mornings and then walk home and I also go swimming. So maybe you could fit walking into your daily routine it is a really good exercise for toning up the body.

well it is not healthy to try and lose that much weight in a month. and realistically if you do, it will mostly be water weight so you will gain it back almost immediately. i would instead try and lose one dress size a month for 3 months. far more effective. and realistic.
to lose weight your best bet is simply to start running or swimming. cardio is the most effective. or join a sports team, it will be fun and you’ll get great exercise.

tell your mother to get her head out of her a*ss and let you use the equipment….why the f*uck can’t you use the equipment if it’s there…that’s just stupid…it sounds like your mother has a hidden agenda and maybe she just wants to keep you fat and single….that way nobody will look at you and she can keep you at home….there is a bigger problem here than just you losing weight and it’s your mother

Yeah that is too much to lose in 4 weeks, but yes skipping is verrrrrry good and situps/pushups.
I don’t think that is very nice of your mum… doesn’t she want to help you lose weight or something?

walking and swimming is most easy to do and not hard on your joints…
