@Chtyoah get a heart rate monitor and find out whats should be your hear rate to burn fat. You are probably just burning calories, but if you try harder and bring your heart rate to the top then u start burning fat.
Im not an expert but thats what my trainer tells me.. Also start building muscle that helps ur metabolism..

@Chtyoah If you don’t eat a lot, it could be that your body goes into starvation mode and begins to store more fat. or it could be related to the quality of the food you eat(junk food has lots of calories). You could go to a dietitian and have him/her give you a diet plan. It made a big difference to me.

We have that same one… I run on it for about 40 minutes a day then 2 days a week i go for an hour… But I havent lost ANY weight at all IDK why any ideas? I don’t eat a lot and I eat fairly decent food too not a lot of junkfood
