The good news is that you can find reviews on the various treadmill equipment from a professional trainer. The most popular treadmill equipment manufactures today include Bowflex, Healthrider, Horizon, Image, Landice, Nordic Track, Precor, Proform, Reebok, Smooth, Sole, Star Trac, Spirit, and Weslo. With a foldable treadmill, you can choose the time you wish to workout, pull it out, and get after it and when finished put it away. This helps many individuals, as they know they can workout when they desire in the privacy of their home without worrying about the space the treadmill equipment is taking up in their home.

Many treadmills even come with a small television so you can enjoy watching your favorite television shows during your workout.
No matter what you are looking for in the way of treadmill equipment, you will be able to find various inclines, speeds, and more. The idea is to find a treadmill that you will actually use instead of leaving it sitting in the corner all by itself.

Isn’t that like saying… how do I get rich by hiding in the corner? Being a vegetarian and working out on treadmills don’t make you bigger. If you can drink milk as a vegetarian, I recommend it. Lots of calories and nutrition, so drink a lot and eat more calories too.
Start with your weight, multiply it by 13…than add 500 to that number, that is how many calories you should eat a day to gain a little weight, about a pound a week. If you exercise alot, you need to eat even more calories. Example, I weigh 190, so 190 X 13 = 2470. So if I eat 2470 calories a day and exercise an average amount, I will stay this weight. If I eat 2000 calories a day, I will loose about a pound a week, if I eat 3000 calories a day I will gain a pound a week. 1000 calories a meal, very doable with a few desserts.
For exercise, skip the treadmill, lift weights, do squats, that will add weight.
Have fun, not many people get the joy of trying to gain weight.
P.S. I don’t know whatkind of vegetarian you are, most I know don’t eat chicken, but if you do, KFC is a very high calorie restaurant….I’m just saying.
