Is there anything else I can do (besides run) in less than 30 minutes that does just as good? Jump rope for 10 minutes? Anything? Riding on an exercise bike or any exercise equipment for half an hour is so boring, even while watching TV. What are you all doing instead of using exercise equipment for cardio? Are there any fun exercise videos out there that kick your butt?

I’m not trying to lose weight. I’m at my ideal weight but trying to maintain it.
