I hate riding the exercise bike for 30 minutes?
Is there anything else I can do (besides run) in less than 30 minutes that does just as good? Jump rope for 10 minutes? Anything? Riding on an exercise bike or any exercise equipment for half an hour is so boring, even while watching TV. What are you all doing instead of using exercise equipment for cardio? Are there any fun exercise videos out there that kick your butt?
I’m not trying to lose weight. I’m at my ideal weight but trying to maintain it.

Rowing machine is a good one, or an elipitical machine.
Swimming.
Ride a real bike…
Skipping is great too.

I agree! I get so bored. We have an exercise bike at my house and I’ve tried to do that but I just get so bored after about 6 minutes… so I took up yoga at my gym to maintain my weight. I love it!

id say thats the best and most entertaining way, my exercise bike is plotted directly in front of my tv and i guess as long as your watching something interesting your going to be entertained and just take your mind off the time and work your putting in.
the exercise bike is one of the best ways to do this as your seated allowing less impact and movement so you can watch or read something. i used to skip but thats 10 times more boring and frustrating as it lashes me in the legs, if your into pain then its all good.
