Is there a way for me be exercise aeobically when I am at work? I often have down periods when I could use my time to get in some exercise. The problem is how to do this without elaborate equipment.

Walk…go up and down a few flights of stairs during your down time. Also, you could march in place if you’re confined to being in one place…or jumping jacks. All of those require no equipment and have cardio benefits.
