Aerobic exercise at work?
Is there a way for me be exercise aeobically when I am at work? I often have down periods when I could use my time to get in some exercise. The problem is how to do this without elaborate equipment.
Walk…go up and down a few flights of stairs during your down time. Also, you could march in place if you’re confined to being in one place…or jumping jacks. All of those require no equipment and have cardio benefits.

Try just getting up and walking around. You could use the time to take calls on your cell phone. Also, take the stairs instead of the elevator.

I suppose you could do circulation exercises with your feet, apart from that, tense your butt and stomach.

I’d say check out that thing called "RED" exerciser. I saw it on TV. Its a little red seat you sit on and twist. I want one. I think
you can find it by just typing’ it in. Hope this helps.Good Luck!
