I’m pretty heavy. I want to lose 60lbs by the close of the year or the end of Jan 2009. At the rate fro Dec, it’s almost 3lbs/ week and for Jan, it’s about 2.5lbs/ week. I’m willing to put in my all, but I just need some help. I doubt I can afford a gym, unless u know of a cheap gym. I will work out everyday except for Mon and Wed. On Tues and Thurs, I have step aerobics from 9-11a. I will only drink water. I don’t eat beef or pork. Ok, so please try to give me some guidelines on what I should eat like meal examples for breakfast and such. I also would like brands for the food u suggest, so I can easily find them. Recipes are great too. As far as workout- I don’t mind if I have to buy a jump rope of medicine ball or anything like that, but I’m probably not going to join a gym anytime soon, so I don’t think I’ll have access to equipment. Let me know when I should eat in comparison to when I should exercise. Tell me how long I should do each exercise. And last, I want to target stomach fat, so just keep that in mind.
O and I tried sparkpeople or whatever it’s called, and I didn’t really get anything out of it (probably because I’m a new user), so that’s y I came here. And I’ve seen all the other questions on here, but they didn’t fit what I was looking for. Also, I don’t need a lecture about losing too much weight to fast. Trust me- I am over obese and I have a dr’s appt later in the month, but I want to get started now.
